Procera AVH Reviews - What Is It?

WARNING: DO NOT BUY Procera AVH Until You Read This Review!
Is it a Scam? Does It Really Work? Check Ingredients, Side Effects and More! Michael Young

It is known that we lose one-third of power of our brain by the age of 40, and 50 percent by the age of 50. As a result, we start losing our things, forget our promises to other people, or can't recall where we have left our keys. An American company created a product that is said to restore our memory in only 30 days. Procera AVH can be viewed on its official website which is currently down for maintenance, though.

The supplement promises to give more energy to your brain, increases the key neurotransmitters associated with cognitive functioning and improves your blood circulation, including to the brain. The product offers three brain energy nutrients, revitalizes brain cells, fills it with fresh oxygen and the necessary nutrients and improves focus, memory, mental energy and concentration! But are these promises real? Let's find out further in my review.

Ingredients of Procera AVH - Does It Really Work? Is It a Scam?

Procera AVH

Procera AVH contains only three ingredients: Acetyl-L-carnitine, vinpocetine and Huperzine-A. There is no information of how much of each ingredient can be found in the supplement. All they say is that they are combined into a 'proprietary blend.' Do these ingredients improve memory? I googled a little in order to determine the truthfulness of this statement. I concluded that these three components may be 'possibly effective' in relation to dementia. Its safety is evaluated from 'possibly safe' to 'likely safe' while the risk of adverse reactions and interactions with other medications is rated as 'moderate'. To better understand whether Procera AVH works let's have a look at its major ingredients closer.

Acetyl L-Carnitine is a molecule which helps to keep the brain healthy due to multiple mechanisms. It improves blood circulation and protects brain cells. ALC can be found in red meat but in very low amounts. The substance is possibly effective for elderly people with memory problems and those who consume too much alcohol. Acetyl-L-carnitine reduces nerve pain (neuropathy) associated with diabetes of type 2. This ingredient may be responsible for improving blood flow to the brain. There is insufficient evidence for the treatment of thinking problems related to Lyme disease as well as depression muscle weakness.

Vinpocetine (VIN) is a compound responsible for improving cerebral vascular blood flow linked with the flow of glucose, nutrients, oxygen, and neurotransmitter substances to our brain. However, its efficiency in improving memory is not completely proven. It is possibly effective for enhancing of brain processing, Alzheimer's disease, relieving symptoms of dementia. There is insufficient evidence for its ability to improve memory on its own. VIN can't be used for prevention of Alzheimer's disease.

Huperzine (HUP) is a natural acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitor. It is an enzyme that blocks the activity of the acetylcholine in the synapse, thus protecting the brain from calcium overload and free radicals. HUP is possibly effective for dementia and memory. There is lack of information concerning its ability to treat mental impairment. Early research suggests that taking huperzine A by mouthfor 12 weeks might improve memory in adults with mild cognitive (mental) impairment, age-related memory loss, as well as alertness.

No substantial studies have been conducted concerning the effectiveness of Procera AVH in the short term mentioned by the company. The ingredients may not be used in appropriate amounts and may result in allergic reactions, even though they are all natural.

Customer Reviews - Does It Have Any Side Effects?

The official website of the product doesn't contain any information on possible adverse reactions after using Procera AVH. According to some studies, its ingredients are beneficial for the human cognition and memory but the evidence may be far from conclusive. A few studies didn't find these ingredients helpful, on the contrary they can be dangerous, especially when taken with prescription drugs or other supplements. Besides, the studies conducted by Procera manufacturers weren't randomized with a credible control? The process isn't described in a proper way. Not very groups of people took part in these researches.

In order to better understand what side effects may occur when using the supplement, let's have a look at dangers that may take place when using Procera ingredients separately. Acetyl-L-carnitine is relatively safe for most adults, however, it can cause some side effects namely vomiting, nausea, stomach upset, and restlessness. It can also result in a "fishy" odor of breath, urine, and sweat. This substance should be avoided by pregnant and breast-feeding women, as well as by people with under-active thyroid (hypothyroidism) as acetyl-L-carnitine might interfere with thyroid hormone.

Vinpocetine seems to be safe for most people when used in appropriate doses, however, it can such side effects as nausea, stomach pain, sleep disturbances, dizziness, nervousness, headache, and flushing of the face.

It should not be used by people with bleeding disorders or weakened immune system. Don't take this substance if you are going to have a surgery at least 2 weeks before the procedure.

Huperzine A is usually safe when taken for no more than 3 months. It can lead to the following side effects: diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, blurred vision, sweating, slurred speech, loss of appetite, restlessness, twitching and contraction of muscle fibers, increased saliva and urine, high blood pressure, cramping, inability to control urination, and slowed heart rate. Huperzine A is dangerous for children, pregnant and breast-feeding women, as well as for those with slow heart rate or other heart diseases, epilepsy, gastrointestinal (GI) tract blockage, sores in the stomach, asthma or emphysema, urinary tract or reproductive system blockage.

"This product has had no effect on my memory, focus, or concentration. I have gone from taking one a day, up to 4 pills a day and I still do not feel anything. I feel is regret for wasting more money"

"I am very disappointed after trying them for a week. I really do not see any changes not even a minor one"

"I did not like this product. Nor did my boyfriend. I felt chest pain and sick to my stomach. He experienced up and down levels of extreme energy then feeling lethargic and tired"

Where To Buy Procera AVH?

Procera AVH can be purchased on a number of retailer shops (Walmart, Walgreens, Amazon or GNC) for $35. However, I would recommend buying supplements from home sites only.

My Final Summary

I have serious doubts regarding the effectiveness of Procera AVH in the treatment of brain and memory issues due to a number of disadvantages it has. The supplement may cause a lot of side effects. One may experience mild stomach upset, for this reason it is better to take the product on a full stomach only. It can be taken with a meal or snacks. Procera AVH is rather expensive in comparison to other supplements designed for your brain.

I can't recommend Procera AVH for usage as the modern market offers many other supplements which have proven to be more effective for brain support.

Affordable Alternative

Procera AVH is not the best option for you to choose if you want to improve memory and support your health. There are many other alternatives which use some other approaches towards the problem. I study different products and I can say that one of them is worth your attention. It is NooCube. I recommend you reading my review about NooCube. You will get hope for future with it!
